ROUTE
This is a DOWN RUN starting at the City Hall, Commercial Road, Pietermaritzburg and finishing at Kingsmead Cricket Stadium, Durban.
ENTRIES CLOSE ON 2 MAY 2002
Hand deliveries close on 2 May 2002. Postal entries must be postmarked by the Post Office no later than 2 May 2002.
ENTRY FEE
US$ 100 (INTERNATIONAL entrants only) ZAR 120 (REST OF AFRICA entrants only) Entry fee is waived for holders of 25 or more Comrades medals.
RIGHTS RESERVED
Any irregularities in your entry form will result in it being sent back to you. Comrades Marathon Association reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRY
The Comrades Marathon is restricted to registered runners only. No wheelchairs nor any mechanical aids will be permitted. No runner may run with an animal under any circumstances.
AGE RESTRICTION
100 km: 12 hrs 30 min
SEEDING
All runners will be seeded according to their qualifying times. No changes will be allowed and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants MUST send proof of qualifying race, (date, distance and time) WITH your entry form
