The run starts at 06.00 a.m., and has to be gone through before 8.00 p.m.
Everybody gets a diploma.
Medals for everybody who carry out the registered run.
Drinks for each 5 kilometers.
Timing: only chip electronic timing system.
At 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 kilometers there will be fruit and food.
Before the race you can deliver a bag with the things you need through the run. You will be able to get to your bag at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 km.
You are welcome to bring your own helpers and drinks during the run.
Registrationcard and further information may be fetched from Friday at 17.30 - 21.00 p.m. and Saturday at 5.15 a.m. at Stige Skole, Stigevej 247, 5270 Odense N, Denmark.
The registrationcard has to be worn in a conspicuous place.
