KARLSTAD 6-Hour
IF Göta Karlstad presents now a favorite in the replay! For the second consecutive year will be determined now Karlstad 6 hours! You have to run or walk as far as you can for six hours. In a race like this goes all the goals simultaneously, which is completely unique!
The race is decided indoors and is unique in its kind as it is the only ultra-race which is decided on an indoor oval above 200 meters. Perhaps you feel properly tagged and will try to beat Swedish record in the time course of six hours. Record held at this time of Skövde Reima Hartikainen, who passed to cover the entire 84,251 meters of 6 hours.
The closing race organized by IF Göta Karlstad on the sanctioned indoor track in Våxnäs Hall which is a 200 meter oval with a rubber backing, like tartan. The race also has marathon penalty which means that all runners receive a officellt marathon results after felled 42 195 m. The running is done on four tracks where the innermost is odoserad and measuring 193.72 meters.

The start of the race yesterday at 10:00 and after the six hours, you hear a signal when the clock had struck 16:00. During the race, you need not be hungry or thirsty when it is offered on sports drink, coffee, water, drinks and snacks.
